Welcome to Propcast, a product developed and operated by Yeswedoweb FZ LLC, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
By using Propcast (the “Platform”, “Service”, or “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Propcast, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Propcast provides real estate analytics and insights based on official Dubai Land Department (DLD) data, including rent and sales market trends, area-level performance, and AI-powered forecasts.
Access may be offered through a free plan or a paid subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use Propcast.
If you use Propcast on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.
Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. If you wish to delete your account, simply reach out to hello@propcast.ai

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Propcast offers both free and paid subscription plans.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings, by clicking on Manage Billing.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy (if applicable) or at our discretion.

6. Use of Data and Insights

All market data and insights provided within Propcast are for informational purposes only.
While we use official DLD data, Propcast does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.
You agree not to rely solely on Propcast data for financial or investment decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute data or materials from Propcast.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
• Use Propcast in any unlawful or fraudulent way.
• Take screenshots or recordings of the platform and share them online without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software used within Propcast are the property of Yeswedoweb FZ LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal or business use.

9. Limitation of Liability

Propcast is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Yeswedoweb FZ LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. You are advised to do your own research before making any decision.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Propcast after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
